About us

The team has grown quite a bit since Booost Education began back in 2021, and we’ve now got a brilliant bunch helping us achieve our mission.

We are a neurodiverse team and find value in the different approaches this brings. We continue to work toward creating an open and accepting culture and to providing an environment in which we can all thrive.

What we offer

Remote working

We are a remote team but recognise that this works better for some than others. We encourage regular face-to-face meetings when needed and can provide access to co-working spaces and meeting rooms across the UK. We also get together as a whole team twice a year.

Flexible working

We work a 35 hour week (full-time), with flexible start and end times to accommodate your preferred working patterns.

Hardware & setup allowance

We'll work with you to find the best tech setup to suit your role and preferences. And if your home office needs a thing or two to get it up to scratch, we’ll help cover the costs of equipment.

Work/life balance

We all need a holiday from time to time, and we want to make sure everyone gets plenty of downtime. You get 28 days annual leave and bank holidays as standard, plus you can buy up to 5 additional days holiday per year.

We want the team to be continuously looking for opportunities to develop their skills and will support with time and cost if there is an opportunity for development that benefits both you and the business.

Health & wellbeing support
